Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

During launches, limited releases, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are typically:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Retro Grdn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address issue after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Retro Grdn is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider, though we will do our best to assist whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging and item

We’ll review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
