Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

We do not guarantee cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Lost Packages

Retro Garden is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

However, if an issue occurs, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

If you need assistance with an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

RETRO GRDN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
